
Pulled Pork Quesadillas

This dish incorporates pulled pork as the star ingredient, making it perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Cooking spray or butter
Instructions:
- Spread pulled pork and cheese on one half of each tortilla. Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
- Fold the tortillas in half and press gently.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook each quesadilla until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve with sour cream or guacamole.
