About Us
The team consists of Sam Ellis from Texas Coleslaw Massacre and Adriano Andrade from BRZ Food & BBQ Religion, who need no introduction to the Australian BBQ scene and between them have a multitude of awards under their belt in various elements of cooking- SCA cookoffs, Australasian BBQ Alliance competitions, KCBS and most recently had the pleasure of cooking in Brazil at Churrascada alongside World famous chefs and World Champion BBQers.
Their passion for teaching and explaining the art of their craft is unmatched, and they are
frequently conducting live cooking demonstrations at Weber, Butchers shops, Wineries, Gin bars
and various other venues Australia wide.
