Smoked Brisket Chili

This dish incorporates sliced smoked brisket as the star ingredient, making it perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped smoked brisket
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (14 oz) kidney or black beans
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups beef stock
Instructions:
- In a large pot, sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Add brisket, tomatoes, beans, and spices. Stir well.
- Pour in beef stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
