Smoked Brisket Chili

This dish incorporates sliced smoked brisket as the star ingredient, making it perfect for any occasion!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped smoked brisket
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz) kidney or black beans
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups beef stock

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  2. Add brisket, tomatoes, beans, and spices. Stir well.
  3. Pour in beef stock and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with cornbread or over rice.
