Smoked Brisket Loaded Baked Potatoes

This dish incorporates sliced smoked brisket as the star ingredient, making it perfect for any occasion!

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 2 cups sliced smoked brisket, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour or until tender.
  2. Slice open the potatoes and fluff the insides with a fork.
  3. Add butter, brisket, and cheese, then return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Top with sour cream and green onions before serving.
