Ingredients:
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 cups sliced smoked brisket, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
- Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour or until tender.
